Friday Favorites

This week
's Friday Favorites is all about the personalized presents I hope you will order for your friends and family today!

I'm crazy about the Sasha Nicholas Holiday Tray I received as a gift.  It is inscribed with a beautiful message on the reverse.  I see it getting lots of use every year!

Love this ornament for a Baby's First Christmas.  So much more elegant than so many others!

I'm obsessed with these custom silhouettes. They make the perfect present for a loved one.

And, of course, I hope you will reach out to order some goodies from my new line of table linens, Halo Home by KSW.

Friday Favorites - Father's Day Edition!

Can you even handle how cute my dad was!  You can read more about my super cool father here but I just want to take a second to thank him for being such an amazing father.  What is so great about him?  Well, for one thing, he reads his daughter's blog!

But seriously, he is everything you want in a father:  kind, supportive, loving and always there for us. Thanks dad!  Happy Father's Day!

So now to my Friday Favorites - Father's Day weekend edition:

I love these ideas for Foodie Father's Day Gifts.

How am I just now seeing this brilliant statement on why men love monograms?

Still need a gift? How about these hammered copper Moscow Mule Mugs and all of the ingredients to make the tasty drink?

There is a big sale at Mr. Porter!

Nothing to do with Father's Day but I am super excited to see my friend, Camille Styles, for lunch today.  Her blog is amazing - you will LOVE it!

Here ya go - a few more last minute father's day gift ideas for you:

Sweet Treats

Craving something sweet or looking for the perfect gift? Check out Pinkleton’s Curious Caramel Corn. The brand puts a unique spin on the classic treat offering flavors such as Salted Molasses, Spicy Mexican Cocoa, Salted Vanilla and Orange Cardamom. All of the products are made from all natural ingredients and created in small batches at the Portland based confectionary.

Their tagline says it all: SWEET. CRUNCHY. SALTY. Curiously Addictive Caramel Corn.

Delicious and beautifully presented in vintage style packaging, what’s not to love?  We tried a few of the flavors and I promise it is perfect!  It is my new go-to gift for friends and I think I will keep ordering some for our family to enjoy as well!

Tablescape Tuesday: Father's Day

Father's Day is just around the corner!  I have received more comments about the Father's Day Table from my book, Tablescapes: Setting the Table with Style, than almost any other in the book!

We made the table cloth from inexpensive houndstooth intended for a man's suit.  The overlay was made from neck ties that we purchased at the Salvation Army.

The napkins are made from men's dress shirt pinstripes and were folded like to resemble a pocket.

Gifts were wrapped in the stock pages of the Wall Street Journal and we used elegant silver candlesticks in the center of the table.

What plans do you have to celebrate Father's Day with the loved ones in your life?
