Ice Cream Cone Balloon - DIY

Remember the Ice Cream Cone Balloons from the post I did about Millie's birthday last week?  Well, here is the DIY I promised!

 Here are the simple steps:

Cut a piece of craft paper (I bought a big roll) into the odd shape you see below:

 Roll it up around the ribbon that is tied to the inflated balloon and add a little bit of scotch tape.

 And there you go! An easy way to add a splash to your Ice Cream Cone theme party!
